THEOGWAR can not be held liable for anything done illegally, offending, and innappropriate by the members of THEOGWAR online or offline. 

 THEOGWAR does not have the same views as the members of THEOGWAR.

THEOGWAR does not have to give service to everyone if THEOGWAR wishes not to.

THEOGWAR can suspend or delete any account it wishes to without giving reasons. 

By registering to THEOGWAR, you agree you are over the age of 16 or have a parent's consent.  The material in this game is not appropriate for ages below 16.

THEOGWAR holds the reserve to create new rules and all the rules here are not exclusive but inclusive, so there may be other rules that is not listed here. 

There are no special treatments for any members even if they are a donator.  Breaking the rules will have your account suspended at the minimum. 

Rules

1.  No multiple accounts for one person.  As this gives the user unfair advantages over the other players.  Homes/IP with multiple accounts for multiple players is fine, however if there is suspicious activities, both or however many accounts is involved with be at least suspended to maybe account deletion.

2. No programs, techniques, or script to enhance playing is allowed such as macros, auto clicking programs, multi tabbing, using two computers at once, etc.  If the staff monitors this, your account will at the very least be suspended to maybe account deletion.

3. Vulgar and offensive language is not tolerated.  Treat each other appropriately.  Repeated offense could lead to account suspension. 

4. Any bugs, loopholes, etc should be reported as soon as possible.  Any attempt to take advantage of this will result in your account being suspended or deleted.  If you attempt to hack, or access any of the website's internal shall also be deleted immediately and THEOGWAR will take the offense to the fullest extend of the law. 

5. Everything that is said or done in this game is all fake and make believe.  This is not the personal believe or view of THEOGWAR staff.  It is all entertainment and should be taken as that.  Please do not go out and perform any of these stunts/events in real life. 

THEOGWAR is not here to babysit you and instead here to just bring you entertainment.  So have fun, and  play fair.
